Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. video exercise

10:30 a.m. sittercise

11 a.m. advanced aerobics

Monday, Aug. 31

Salisbury beef, gravy whipped potatoes, cabbage, wheat bread, chocolate pudding and milk.

Tuesday, Sept. 1

Smoked sausage with bun, baked beans, coleslaw, hot pineapple tidbits and milk.

Wednesday, Sept. 2

Chicken salad, pasta salad, ambrosia salad, wheat bread, oatmeal cookie and milk.

Thursday, Sept. 3

Beef chili with beans, parslied rice, sliced carrots, crackers, glazed fruit and milk.

Friday, Sept. 4

Chicken strips, gravy, purple hull peas, country potatoes, roll, chocolate cake and milk.
