Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Turkey ham with white beans, cabbage, beets, white bread, carnival cookie and milk.

Wednesday, Aug. 26

Beef Italian macaroni, lima beans, carrots, Texas bread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Thursday, Aug. 27

Hawaiian ham, mashed spiced yams, turnip greens, cornbread, fruited cherry Jello and milk.

Friday, Aug. 28

Hamburger, lettuce, tomato and onion, Delmonico potatoes, hamburger bun, apple cobbler and milk.
