Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, Aug. 22

Salisbury beef, whipped potatoes, lima beans, Texas bread, fresh fruit and milk.

Tuesday, Aug. 23

Turkey ham with white beans, parslied rice, turnip greens, cornbread, Arkansas mud pudding and milk.

Wednesday, Aug. 24

Chicken pot pie, country corn, French green beans, wheat bread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Thursday, Aug. 25

Sausage with peppers and onions, tater gems, baked beans, hot dog bun, fresh banana, mustard, ketchup and milk.

Friday, Aug. 26

Hamburger patty, crispy cubed potatoes, lettuce/tomato/onion, hamburger bun, apple cobbler, milk, mustard and ketchup and milk.
