Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Tuesday, July 12

Turkey ham with white beans, parslied rice, turnip greens, cornbread, Arkansas mud pudding and milk.

Wednesday, July 13

Chicken pot pie, country corn, French green beans, wheat bread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Thursday, July 14

Sausage with peppers and onions, tater gems, baked beans, hot dog bun, fresh banana, mustard or ketchup and milk.

Friday, July 15

Hamburger patty, crispy cubed potatoes, lettuce/tomato/onion, hamburger bun, apple cobbler, mustard or ketchup and milk.
