Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Chicken and dumplings, field peas, glazed carrots, white bread, glazed yellow cake and milk.

Thursday, July 23

Hamburger patty with gravy, whipped potatoes, okra and tomatoes, roll, milk, oatmeal cookie.

Friday, July 24

Barbecue rib patty with bun, baked beans, coleslaw, peach cobbler, milk.
