Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Tuesday, July 19

Meatloaf, tomato gravy, whipped potatoes, Parmesan tomatoes, dinner roll, strawberry swirl pudding and milk.

Wednesday, July 20

Sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pasta salad, cucumber and tomato salad, wheat bread peach half, mustard and milk.

Thursday, July 21

Turkey breast with gravy, mashed spiced yams, mixed greens, cornbread, oatmeal cookie and milk.

Friday, July 22

Meatballs with gravy, whipped potatoes, okra and tomatoes, dinner roll, fresh fruit and milk.
