Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Beef with onion gravy, whipped potatoes, parslied carrots, Texas bread, fresh fruit and milk.

Sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, macaroni salad, green pea salad, wheat bread, carnival cookie, milk, mustard and milk.

Thursday, July 28

Glazed ham, chuck wagon corn, seasoned cabbage, cornbread, fresh banana and milk.

Baked chicken breast, barbecue sauce, cheesy shells, green peas, wheat bread, strawberry gelatin and milk.
