Abate District 20 will meet Sunday, Nov. 1, at Delta Rivers Nature Center, starting with a Thanksgiving potluck at 1:30 p.m.
There will be pulled-pork sandwiches. Members are asked to bring their favorite side dish, dessert or soft drinks.
At 2 p.m. the business meeting will be held and the agenda includes the nomination of officers for 2016. Participants should come prepared to serve in one of the positions.
Members are also invited to bring a friend to introduce them to ABATE.
