Emergency Ambulance Service Inc. announces the appointment of Dwayne Aalseth as its new operations director.

Aalseth joins the team with a wealth of experience in emergency medical services, according to a news release. His career started in 1988 in Los Angeles as a firefighter/EMT. Moving to Arkansas in 1990, he continued his EMS career with a local ambulance service in Hot Springs. Throughout Aalseth’s career, he has served as a fire chief, field supervisor, county EMS manager, regional EMS manager and president of the Arkansas Emergency Medical Association.

No stranger to EASI, Aalseth served as the medical captain of the Watson Chapel Fire Department in 2002. With over 35 years of experience in EMS, Aalseth will bring knowledge, experience and leadership to the EASI team.

In his new role, Aalseth will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality emergency medical care to the communities EASI serves. He will also lead efforts to optimize processes, enhance team performance and uphold the organization’s commitment to safety and service excellence.
