The Watson Chapel School District announced a new traffic pattern for Watson Chapel High School. All traffic will enter the gym on U.S. 79, highlighted in green. Car traffic, highlighted in blue, will take the left lane, and buses will take the right lane, highlighted in gold, upon entering the parking lot. Buses will follow the building and stop at the 200 hall for dropoff and pickup. Car traffic will drop off and pick up at the pavilions. All traffic will exit on Sulphur Springs Road. Cars will exit the parking lot at the drive on the west side of the JROTC building behind auto mechanics. Buses will exit at the drive on the east side of the JROTC building where the tennis courts were located. “We appreciate your patience for the first few days of school as things may move a little slower than normal,” the district said in its statement. “The most important thing is that everyone remains safe during pickup and dropoff.” (Special to The Commercial/Watson Chapel School District)
