Five new recruit officers have been added to the Pine Bluff Police Department.

Landen Barringer, Jesse Jackson III, Gabriel Davis, Jemeriaus Manns and Kerell Wright will be assigned to a state-certified field training officer. The recruits will also attend the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy starting in January 2026 and work toward becoming fully certified officers.

“This accomplishment highlights the outstanding work of our Office of Professional Standards, which continues to excel in recruiting candidates with a genuine desire to serve and protect the citizens of Pine Bluff,” the department said in a news release.

“We look forward to watching them grow and succeed as they uphold the values of Professionalism, Integrity and Service.”
