My Sister’s Keyper Inc. will present a 5-K a Race for Life 5-K Run/Walk at 8 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at Lake Saracen.
Registration is $25 and participants should register at eventbrite.com .
The purpose is to raise awareness and funds for the social service side of cancer, according to a news release.
A free community health and family fun expo will also be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Martin Luther King Jr. Park. Activities will include a fishing derby, archery, bounce houses, dental screenings, mammograms and other health screenings.
Sponsors are My Sister’s Keeper and the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation, according to the release.
