The Third Avenue Neighborhood Watch Group will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, at the Boone/Murphy House, 714 W. Fourth Ave., according to a news release from Pine Bluff Police Officer S. Howard, Neighborhood Watch Coordinator.
