33 agri department students on UAPB’s Dean’s List

Thirty-three students made the Dean’s List for the 2012 spring semester from the School of Agriculture, Fisheries and Human Sciences at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

Students were honored for the semester that ended May 11, according to James O. Garner Jr., dean/director of the agriculture school.

To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must have earned at least a 3.5 grade point average and completed at least 15 credit hours.

Students earning 4.0 GPA (all A’s) were:

Anthony Fernando, an aquaculture/fisheries major from White Hall; Vanessa Carter, Helena, who graduated May 2012 with a major in human sciences; Rachael Duncan, an agriculture major, Grapevine; Beloit Jones, agriculture, El Dorado; and Leigh Lovelace, human sciences, West Helena; Cornelius Williams, Lettsworth, La.; and Jazmine Askew, Memphis.

Students earning 3.5 to 3.9 GPAs:

Agriculture majors Alisha Dowd, who graduated May 2012; Jessica McAfee; Adrienne Morgan; and Taurean Morrow; Human sciences majors Elizabeth Adair; Jasmin Clark, who also graduated May 2012; Leshala Collins; Nakita Davis; Shida Hawkins; and Sherita Thomas, all from Pine Bluff; Alisha Henry, a human sciences major, West Helena; Dexter Howard, agriculture, Searcy; Ebony Manning, human sciences, Altheimer; Mason Stedman, human sciences; Little Rock; and Phillip Sanders, human sciences, Little Rock.

Out-of-state students on the Dean’s List:

Cristal Amaro, Memphis; Aisha Armstrong, Coldwater, Miss.; Lauren Goodwin, Chicago; Keishauna Hayes, Florissant, Mo.; Lyle Parrish, Irrigon, Ore.; Alichia Wilson, Manistee, Mich.; Shawnica Andrews, St. Louis; Deneshia Sands, a 2012 graduate, Lancaster, Texas; Erin Suggs, Jacksonville, Fla.; Jasmine Tucker, a May 2012 graduate; Harker Heights, Texas; and Zilkie Reaghan, Calgary, Canada.
