The Emmett Sanders Lock and Dam at Pine Bluff, Toad Suck Ferry Lock near Conway and Arthur V. Ormond near Morrilton Lock have reopened to navigation traffic.
The locks were closed because of high flows on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System.
