The second suspect is in police custody in connection with the April 7 shooting death of a man found inside a car that was reportedly blocking traffic in the 100 block of West 26th Avenue.
Deandre Brown, 19, was wanted in connection with the death of Devan Ward, 21.
Brown was taken into custody at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, Pine Bluff Police Department spokesman Capt. Greg Shapiro said.
Police received information that Brown was at a house in the 1100 block of East Seventh Avenue, Shapiro said in a press release. Police arrived, located Brown and took him into custody without incident.
Brown was taken to the Jefferson County Dub Brassell Detention Center where he will be held without bond until his initial appearance in court, which is scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Brown was wanted on probable cause of capital murder in the death of Ward. A doctor at Jefferson Regional Medical Center pronounced Ward dead of an apparent gunshot wound to the neck.
Another suspect, Samuel Mosby, 20, was arrested April 7 and is being held on probable cause of capital murder in the incident, pending the filing of formal charges by the prosecutor’s office.
During a court hearing for Mosby on April 9, Deputy Prosecutor Maxie Kizer said police determined that the car Ward was found in had been reported stolen in Little Rock in March and during their initial investigation, identified Mosby as a possible suspect.
Detective Bill Wiegand reported that detectives went to Mosby’s residence in the 100 block of West 26th Avenue and he initially denied any involvement.
Kizer said investigators later received information that led them back to Mosby’s residence where they located a .9-millimeter handgun believed to be the murder weapon in an outbuilding after M0sby’s mother gave them permission to search.
Wiegand reported that during a second interview, Mosby told investigators he had been sitting in a car with Ward and another person, whom he did not identify, and the other person shot Ward.
Mosby said he and the other person ran to Mosby’s house where the other person, who police now believe was Brown, gave him the gun and told him to hide it.
