The 2025 Leadership Pine Bluff Class recently wrapped up the year with its rescheduled Tourism & Hospitality session.

Originally postponed in February due to inclement weather, the class gathered to explore some Pine Bluff destinations and experience firsthand the city’s growing tourism and hospitality landscape.

The day began at the Pine Bluff Convention Center, where participants toured the Arkansas Entertainers Hall of Fame and learned about the many ways the facility continues to serve as a hub for community events and regional attractions.

The class then enjoyed lunch at Grider Field Restaurant, “a local favorite known for its welcoming atmosphere and Southern-style menu,” according to a news release.

Following lunch, the group toured the Saracen Casino Resort.

The visit provided insights into the economic and cultural impact of the casino on the Pine Bluff community, as well as its contributions to local tourism and job creation.

In the afternoon, the class continued to the ARTx3 Campus, where they explored the arts scene that is helping to revitalize downtown Pine Bluff.

The session concluded at the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library, where participants reflected on the day’s experiences and celebrated the successful completion of their Leadership Pine Bluff journey.

“The Chamber extends its congratulations to the Leadership Pine Bluff class for their dedication and enthusiasm throughout the program — and for their ongoing commitment to making Pine Bluff a great place to live, work, and visit. Be on the lookout for 2026 class applications,” according to the release.

Leadership Pine Bluff is a program of the Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce.
