Angelique Ford, left, the 2024 Catholic Daughter of the Year, presented an award to Wendy Ruggeri, the 2025 Catholic Daughter of the Year, at the end of year banquet. Ruggeri was selected Catholic Daughter of the Year by the membership of Court Our Lady of Victory #564 of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pine Bluff. Ruggeri has chaired the Circle of Love committees of education and youth for the court. She is known to assist whenever needed at church, according to a news release. (Special to The Commercial)
