Ice build-up around door area, the fan and the flooring in the walk in freezer. K & M KRAWFISH WAGGIN mobile, 399 Brockman Drive, Redfield. Date of inspection Dec. 17. No running water available on the food truck. The water source and system shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands of the RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. Running water should be available before using the mobile truck next. Mobile unit is not in operation during time of inspection. Owner said food in the refrigerators will be discarded before next use. Water should be available before next use.
