The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) of the Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation will meet Monday, March 16, from 4-5 p.m. at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Center, 211 W. Third Ave. Council members are encouraged be present and on time, a spokesman said.
