Synergy Forum Inc. is now accepting applications for the 2020 Synergy Grants. Applications must be completed and received by Thursday, April 2, according to a news release.
The grants fund projects to benefit the residents of Jefferson County. Grants generally range from $500 to $1,500.
Registered non-profit organizations: IRS 501(c)(3) public charities, public schools, government agencies, and the hospital in Jefferson County are eligible to apply for the grants.
Created in 1985, Synergy Forum is an independent organization of women providing small grants for Jefferson County non-profits to make a difference in the areas of the arts, education and social services. Synergy’s funding comes only from the dues and contributions paid by members, according to a news release.
