The Southeast Arkansas Chapter of Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will meet Wednesday, Feb. 27, at Pine Bluff Country Club. Lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. and the meeting starts at noon.
The speaker will be James “Jim” Bacon. He is a native of Arkansas, worked at the Pine Bluff Arsenal as an executive director for several years before accepting a position at Maryland, according to a news release.
