The Strachota Senior Center, 801 E. Eighth Ave., a program of the Area Agency on Aging of Southeast Arkansas, offers lunch at 11 a.m. Monday through Friday. Coffee is served every morning and popcorn is available. Hot meals cost $2 for seniors 60 years old and older. Meals are $5 for those under 60.

Parmesan chicken, lyonnaise potatoes, French green beans, Texas bread, oatmeal cookie and milk.
Tuesday, Feb. 12

Wednesday, Feb. 13
Sausage with pinto beans, parslied rice, turnip greens, cornbread, fresh apple and milk.

Hamburger patty, lettuce, tomato and onion, tater gem, hamburger bun, hot spiced apples, mayo/mustard and milk.
Friday, Feb. 15
Baked chicken breast with chicken gravy, garlic whipped potatoes, green peas, dinner rolls, pineapple upside down cake and milk.

There will be a Valentine’s dance from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, at the Strachota Senior Center. “So, please come and enjoy the music,” a spokesman said.
