A discussion of the upcoming Christmas Luncheon and Festival of Tables and other Christmas activities will be held during the meeting of the Pine Bluff Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary on Tuesday, Dec. 11, in the Salvation Army fellowship room at the Pine Bluff Corps headquarters at 501 E. 12th Ave.
The Festival of Tables event will be held Friday, Dec. 7.
Linda Minyard, Christmas chairman for the Corps, will provide information about upcoming activities for which volunteers are needed. Through Tuesday, Dec. 18, volunteers are needed to assist in the Christmas warehouse, organizing gifts for distribution after they are returned for names selected from the Angel Trees, according to a news release.
Angel Tree gift distribution will be Dec. 19 at the Corps headquarters, and immediately after the distribution, leftover items will be returned to storage in the Christmas warehouse.
Visitors and prospective members are always welcome at Auxiliary, meetings, according to a spokesman for the group.

Dues are $10 annually and can be paid at the meeting.
Anyone interested in supporting the work of the Salvation Army is invited to attend, the spokesman said. Monthly meetings are held throughout the year, except for the summer months, on the second Tuesday of each month, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Corps headquarters.
