The Southeast Arkansas Chapter of Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will meet at noon Wednesday, May 23, at the Pine Bluff Country Club. Lunch begins at 11:30 a.m.
The guest speaker will be Karen Blevins, director of the Jefferson County Office of Emergency Management.
