The 2018 Martin/Altheimer All-School Reunion will be held Friday, Aug. 3, through Sunday, Aug. 5. The theme will be “Remembering the Journey… Living the Legacy.”
“During our 2015 reunion, our record-breaking attendance peaked at over 400 registrants,” according to a news release. “Anyone who is an alumnus, former student, or former staff member of the Altheimer School District between the years 1945-2018 is encouraged to attend.”
The registration fee is $125 per person if paid or post-marked by Saturday, July 9. After that date, a late fee of $25 will be required. Ad fees are due by Friday, June 15.
The activities include:
Friday, Aug. 3
Independent reporting for Pine Bluff & Jefferson County since 1879.
• Registration 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at PJ’s Event Center;
• Meet and Greet – 7–11 p.m. at PJ’s;
Saturday, Aug. 4
• Parade – 10-11 a.m. in downtown Altheimer;
• Picnic – 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Altheimer City Park (behind the former Altheimer High School);
• Banquet/dinner dance – (semi-formal attire) 7 p.m. at PJ’s. Class photos will be taken at 10 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 5
• Memorial/Worship Service – 11 a.m. at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church at Altheimer;
• Farewell reception – 7 p.m. at PJ’s.
