Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Chicken and sausage Jambalaya, California vegetables, whole kernel corn, white bread, chocolate cake and milk.

Tuesday, April 17

Hamburger patty, lettuce/tomato, Delmonico potatoes, hamburger bun, hot diced apples, mustard/ketchup and milk.

Wednesday, April 18

Chopped steak with mushrooms, buttered rice, Tuscany vegetables, dinner roll, banana pudding, and milk.

Thursday, April 19

Chicken and dressing, baked sweet potato, orka and tomatoes, wheat bread, carnival cookie and milk.

Friday, April 20

Turkey ham and white beans, parslied rice, dilled carrots, cornbread, Ambrosia pudding, and milk.
