Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Tuesday, April 10

Breaded chicken with gravy, blackeyed peas, brussels sprouts, dinner roll, fresh orange and milk.

Wednesday, April 11

Frito pie, Mexican rice, Corn O’ Brien, corn chips, glazed fruit and milk.

Thursday, April 12

Turkey breast with gravy, whipped potatoes, mixed greens, corn bread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Friday, April 13

Parmesan chicken, Au Gratin noodles, French green beans, Texas bread, fresh banana and milk.
