The Youth Advisory Council of the Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation will hold its monthly meeting at CASA Women’s Shelter from 4-5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20.
YAC students and advisors will tour the facility and Glenn Freeman will conduct a parliamentary procedure workshop.
