Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Meatloaf with tomato gravy, whipped potatoes, glazed beets, white bread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Oct. 24

BBQ pork rib patty, ranch beans, carrot slaw, hamburger bun, bread pudding and milk.

Wednesday, Oct. 25

Sliced turkey breast, turkey gravy, country potatoes, lima beans, dinner roll, marble pudding and milk.

Thursday, Oct. 26

Chicken and dressing, French green beans, cut yams, dinner roll, cherry delight and milk.

Friday, Oct. 27

Hamburger patty, hashbrown casserole, lettuce/tomato, hamburger bun, cranapple crisp and milk.
