Interested Citizens for Voter Registration Inc. will host Coffee with the Chiefs from 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, March 7, at First Assembly of God Church, 1002 Ridgway Road.
Scheduled speakers are Go Forward Pine Bluff representatives Tommy May, chairman of the Simmons First Foundation, and Mary Pringos, chair of Go Forward.
Coffee with the Chiefs provides an opportunity for members of law enforcement and fire safety officials to interact and connect with clergy, community leaders, organizations and residents to exchange information for reducing crime, arson and about other safety issues.
Pine Bluff Service Awards are also presented. The awards recognize law enforcement, fire and emergency services, city and county personnel. Nomination applications are also available to city or county residents by calling 870-413-6345 by the 15th of each month.
