The Belmont Broadmoor Neighborhood Watch group will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 1302 Washington St. The guest speaker will be Thomas Peters, athletic director of the Pine Bluff Parks and Recreation Department. All area residents are invited.
