The Central Park Neighborhood Watch group will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, at Immanuel Baptist Church, West 16th Avenue and Hickory Street.
The guest speaker will be Cynthia Hines, marketing and communications coordinator for the city of Pine Bluff. All area residents are invited to attend.
