Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Oct. 3

Fajita chicken, shredded cheese, fiesta rice, pinto beans, flour tortilla, sliced pears and milk.

Tuesday, Oct. 4

Meatloaf, tomato gravy, whipped potatoes, glazed carrots, dinner roll, fruited strawberry gelatin and milk.

Wednesday, Oct. 5

Frito pie, parslied rice, country corn, corn chips, Oreo cookies and milk.

Thursday, Oct. 6

Hamburger patty, lettuce and tomato, baked beans, hamburger bun, apple cobbler and milk.

Friday, Oct. 7

Chicken and dressing, chicken gravy, peas and carrots, stewed okra, dinner roll, glazed fruit and milk.
