The Belmont Broadmoor Neighborhood Watch group will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, at 1302 Washington St.
The guest speaker will be Cynthia Hines, marketing and communications coordinator for the city of Pine Bluff. All residents are invited.
