Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

11 a.m. aerobics

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday

10 a.m. move with balance

11 a.m. paint class

11:45 a.m. lunch

Wednesday

Sausage with peppers and onions, ranch beans, hot dog buns, hot applesauce, mustard and milk

Tuesday

Spaghetti, chuckwagon corn, tossed salad, Texas bread, hot sliced peaches, Italian dressing and milk

Wednesday

Baked chicken breast, chicken gravy, whipped potatoes, green beans, cornbread, fresh fruit and milk

Thursday

Roast beef with gravy, whipped potatoes, glaze carrots, dinner roll, lemon cake and milk

Friday

Chicken salad, pasta salad, fruit cocktail, saltine crackers, chocolate chip cookies and milk
