Central Arkansas Development Council will distribute USDA Commodities in Dallas County on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 24-25. Food will be available at 9 a.m. at CADC at Fordyce and First Baptist Church at Sparkman.
Items may include orange juice, applesauce, green beans, vegetable soup, dehydrated potatoes, refried beans, peanut butter, corn flakes and chicken.
Participants must present identification and meet income criteria. Income guidelines are based on 130 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. For example, a one-person household must make less than $15,301 per year. For each additional family member, add $5,408.
