A $10,000 bond was set Monday for a woman who allegedly ran her car into another car containing four people Friday.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Robyne Watley, 20, with four counts of aggravated assault.
According to a probable cause affidavit from Detective Cassandra Briggs-McAfee, police were called at 10:05 p.m. to the area of East Ninth Avenue and Pennsylvania Street, where one of the alleged victims said her 2015 white Dodge Charger had been hit several times by another vehicle driven by Watley and said the car was also occupied by her husband and two children.
The alleged victim said she was pulling into a driveway when she saw a silver passenger car approaching at a high rate of speed and said the other car hit hers several times on the passenger side.
Briggs-McAfee said in the affidavit that the alleged victim reported that her husband got out of the car and Watley hit her car again and tried to hit her husband with the vehicle.

Watley was arrested Saturday and, according to the affidavit, police found damage to her car and white paint transfer on it.
When Watley was interviewed, she allegedly said she did not mean to hit the other car and said her car spun out of control because of the muddy conditions.
Briggs-McAfee reported that when she attempted to ask Watley additional questions, Watley asked for an attorney and the interview was halted.
Watley, who said she would hire her own attorney, was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victims until the case is settled.
