Leona Sandoval and Rogelio Sandoval of Pine Bluff gave birth to a baby girl, Kassandra Sandoval, on Feb. 5. She weighed 7 pounds and 3 ounces. Her grandparents are Vanessa and Lloyd Truhett of Pine Bluff; and Rogelio Sandoval of North Little Rock.
