Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

11 a.m. aerobics

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday, Feb. 2

10 a.m. move with balance

10 a.m. BP/BS

11 a.m. paint class

Spaghetti, green beans, tossed salad, Texas bread, apple raisin compote and milk
