Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Tuesday, Nov. 17

Beef chili mac, green peas, tossed salad, white bread, peach cobbler and milk.

Wednesday, Nov. 18

Sausage with pinto beans, buttered rice, turnip greens, cornbread, vanilla pudding and milk.

Thursday, Nov. 19

Chicken nuggets, cheesy potatoes, diced carrots, dinner roll, fresh banana and milk.

Friday, Nov. 20

Sloppy Joe, tater gems, coleslaw, hamburger bun, hot sliced apples and milk.
