Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Parmesan chicken, whipped potatoes, green beans, Texas bread, oranges and pineapple and milk.

Tuesday, Nov. 10

Turkey cordon bleu, pinto beans, mixed greens, cornbread, carnival cookie and milk.

Wednesday, Nov. 11

Chicken salad, pasta salad, ambrosia salad, wheat bread, oatmeal cookies and milk.

Thursday, Nov. 12

Turkey breast, Swiss cheese, bread, three bean salad, peaches with cottage cheese, cinnamon cookie and milk.

Friday, Nov. 13

Hamburger with bun, lettuce, tomato, oven roasted potatoes, apple cobbler and milk.
