The Interested Citizens for Voter Registration Inc. Coffee with the Chiefs will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, 4807 W. Sixth Ave.
The speaker will be Valandra L. German, director and associate professor of the Minority Research Center on Tobacco and Addictions at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
