Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Meatloaf with tomato gravy, whipped potatoes, turnip greens, cornbread, mud pudding and milk

Fajita chicken, shredded cheese, fiesta rice, stewed tomatoes, flour tortilla, oatmeal cookie and milk
