Rosita and Joe Nquyen of Pine Bluff gave birth to a baby boy, Jasper Angelo Nquyen, on July 10. He weighed 5 lbs 13 oz and was 19 inches long. His grandparents are Regelio and Rosita Abuan of Pine Bluff; Benjamin and Mercy Jacinto of Pine Bluff; and Phe Huynh Thi of Saigon, Vietnam.
