Activities

Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, July 6

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

11 a.m. advanced aerobics

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday July 7

9:30 a.m. beginning American mahjong class

10 a.m. move with balance

10:30 a.m. b/p b/s

11 a.m. paint class

11:45 a.m. lunch

Wednesday, July 8

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

11 a.m. advanced aerobics

11:45 a.m. lunch

Thursday July 9

9:30 a.m. Bunco (come help us get started)

10 a.m. move with balance

11 a.m. bingo

11:45 a.m. lunch

Friday, July 10

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

The center also has multiple card and dominoes games going all the time. Come and join in Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Country fried steak with gravy, garlic whipped potatoes, okra and tomatoes, wheat bread, milk, strawberry swirl pudding

Chicken pot pie, green beans, kernel corn, roll, sugar cookie, milk

Friday, July 10

Smoked sausage, baked beans, potato salad, hot dog bun peach cobbler, milk
