Senior schedule

Activities planned Monday through Friday at the Strachota Senior Center, 801 E. Eighth Ave., are:

Monday

Beginning aerobics, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch.

Tuesday

Move with balance, paint class and lunch.

Wednesday

Beginning aerobics, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch.

Thursday

Move with balance, beanbag baseball and lunch.

Friday

Beginning aerobics, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch.

Various exercise equipment is free for use by senior citizens at the Strachota Center, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional information about the activities at the Strachota Center is available by calling 543-6323.

Senior Center menu:

Monday

Meatballs with gravy, parslied rice, herbed green beans, wheat bread, oatmeal cookie and milk.

Tuesday

Chicken nuggets, whole kernel corn, country tomatoes, dinner roll, chocolate cake and milk.

Wednesday

Turkey tetrazzini, purple hull peas, cabbage, wheat bread, fresh fruit and milk.

Thursday

Chicken and sausage Jambalaya, Northern beans, mixed greens, cornbread, banana pudding and milk.

Friday

Pineapple glazed ham, Delmonico potatoes, glazed carrots, wheat bread, orange fruited gelatin and milk.
