An article published Tuesday about Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility misstated the time frame during which a rate increase will be implemented. The average residential bill is currently $16.21 per month and will increase to around $17.81 per month beginning in May 2015. By the time the full increase takes effect in 2017, the average bill will be nearly $20.
