The Jefferson County Landlord Association will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Business Support Incubator, 615 S. Main St.
The guest speaker will be Mayor Debe Hollingsworth, who will discus an ordinance regarding residential housing rental permits.
