Activities planned Monday through Friday at the Strachota Senior Center, formerly the Bradshaw Senior Citizens Center, 801 E. Eighth Ave.

Monday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Tuesday

Coffee, dominoes, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing), presentation on dehydration and lunch

Wednesday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Thursday

Coffee, dominoes, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing), lunch and AARP meeting at 1:30 p.m.

Friday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Various exercise equipment is free for use by senior citizens at the Strachota Center, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional information about the activities at the Strachota center is available by calling 870-543-6323.

Monday

Smothered meatballs, macaroni and cheese, green beans, dinner roll, fresh fruit and milk

Tuesday

Salisbury steak, brown gravy, whipped potatoes, corn and lima beans, dinner roll, tutti frutti pudding and milk

Wednesday

Ham with white beans, yams, cabbage, cornbread, Oreo cookies and milk

Thursday

Chicken and dressing, crowder peas, okra and tomatoes, white bread, cinnamon graham crackers and milk

Friday

Meatloaf, brown gravy, whipped potatoes, herbed green peas, white bread, fluffy fruit salad and milk
